Build with me.

You do your best work when you're trusted to own it. So do we. This is a small team building something that lasts, with real room to make it yours. If that's you, pick a role below.

Who this is for

Yes, if

  • **You take ownership.** When something's broken, you fix it or flag it · you don't walk past it because it wasn't your job.
  • You'd rather be **handed the goal than a checklist**. Give you the outcome, you'll work out the how.
  • **You play to win.** Life's a game, and you're here to be the best at what you do, not to coast through it.
  • You **hold your own bar high** · you sweat the details nobody asked about, because that's just how you work.
  • When something goes wrong, your first move is to **fix it, not to explain whose fault it was**.

Not a fit if

  • You **wait to be told what to do**, and you stall when the instructions run out.
  • Being the best at your craft isn't something that drives you · you're content with **good enough**.
  • You bring problems **without a next step** · "this is broken," and then you stop.
  • You need a **title, a ladder, and a clearly drawn box** to feel safe. We don't have those yet.
  • When something slips, your energy goes to the **explanation before the fix**.

Company values

Non-negotiable.

  • Innovation · first and rough.

We move before the tools are ready and before the market catches on, because the founders we serve can't afford to wait and neither can we. Being early is the advantage. We'd rather be first and rough than late and polished.

  • Leverage · the whole game.

One person with the right systems beats a team that out-hires them. Everything we build serves that multiplier · more output, more reach, more impact, without more headcount. If it doesn't create leverage, it isn't worth doing.

  • Excellence · sign your name.

We ship work we'd put our own name on, because we do. Good enough isn't, and "nobody will notice" is the exact thing people notice. The standard is set by the details we sweat when no one's checking.

  • Own the outcome.

We don't hand off responsibility when things get hard. The result is ours, win or lose, and we'd rather fix it ourselves than explain why it wasn't our fault. Accountability isn't a policy here. It's the price of being in the room.

The process

    ~5 min

  2. 02

Helen reviews · our HR agent.

Helen is our AI HR agent. She reads every brief inside 24 hours, scores it against the role rubric, and writes a structured summary the team reviews. No bias to alma mater. Only top scores advance.

    AI · 24 hrs

  3. 03

    Fit call · with HR.

A 30-minute call with our HR manager to pressure-test what Helen flagged. The bar is high. Most don't pass.

    30 min

  4. 04

Operator call · with Evan, COO.

If you clear the fit call, you meet Evan, our COO. He stress-tests how you'd execute the role inside our actual stack and cadence.

    45 min

    Offer · or honest no-go.

Within 5 business days: a written offer with cash, bonus, and role scope, or a written no-go with the actual reason. No ghosting.
