- Create thumbnails, carousels, graphics, social posts, presentation assets, ads, website visuals, and supporting video assets.
- Turn briefs, scripts, hooks, and rough ideas into clear visual concepts and production-ready designs.
- Use generative AI for references, concept exploration, image creation, backgrounds, mockups, style exploration, and rapid iteration.
- Finish AI-generated material through layout, typography, retouching, compositing, colour, image manipulation, and manual quality control.
- Create purposeful variations and use performance data to improve visual hooks, hierarchy, clarity, and clickability.
- Maintain organised source files, prompts, references, templates, assets, and export versions.
What we need from you
- 1 to 3 years of graphic, social, digital, thumbnail, brand, or related design experience.
- A portfolio showing strong traditional design fundamentals and polished generative AI work.
- Strong judgement in composition, typography, colour, spacing, hierarchy, and platform-native design.
- Ability to identify and fix common AI-output issues instead of accepting the first generation.
- A repeatable AI image or video workflow with substantial human design work and quality control.
- Clear ownership, file organisation, communication, and responsiveness to feedback.
Core skills
- Graphic and visual design, YouTube thumbnails, carousels, ads, campaigns, presentations, and brand assets.
- Typography, layout, colour, composition, compositing, retouching, and image manipulation.
- Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or ComfyUI, FLUX, Firefly, Krea, Leonardo AI, Runway, Kling, Pika, or Luma.
- Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects or Premiere Pro, plus platform analytics.
