- Write long-form YouTube scripts for Steve's AI, business, entrepreneurship, media, and founder-led content.
- Turn Steve's ideas, voice notes, interviews, internal knowledge, and strategic direction into clear, original scripts.
- Conduct deep research using primary sources, expert material, transcripts, company knowledge, and credible external references.
- Develop premises, audience promises, openings, story structures, examples, open loops, transitions, and payoffs.
- Use AI for research discovery, source comparison, transcript mining, outline testing, counter-arguments, fact-check support, versioning, and editing.
- Protect Steve's tone of voice and point of view so the script feels founder-led rather than generically educational.
- Write visual notes, source notes, examples, and context that help editors and designers execute accurately.
- Use retention data and audience feedback to improve future structures, intros, pacing, and topic depth.
- Maintain research libraries, idea banks, source records, voice references, and repeatable writing systems.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 6+ years of YouTube scripting, documentary writing, founder-led content, business content, or media writing.
- Strong practical understanding of modern AI tools, LLMs, agents, automation, prompting, APIs, and model limitations.
- Ability to read and interpret official documentation, model cards, technical articles, papers, and benchmarks.
- Strong research, scriptwriting, storytelling, simplification, and English writing skills.
- Ability to write in a specific founder's voice and develop a clear original point of view.
- Strong understanding of intros, retention, audience promises, open loops, examples, pacing, and payoffs.
- A verified AI-assisted research and writing workflow with human judgement and source discipline.
