What you'll do.
- Edit engaging long-form and short-form content across AI, business, and tech.
- Improve pacing, retention, structure, and the overall viewer experience.
- Create custom motion graphics and animations that support the content.
- Design dynamic captions with keyword emphasis and strong visual hierarchy.
- Add engaging graphic elements, object tracking, and transitions where appropriate.
- Use AI-generated assets, b-roll, screenshots, screen recordings, images, and other supporting visuals to communicate ideas clearly.
- Apply background music, sound effects, transitions, and tonal SFX to support pacing and storytelling.

What we're looking for.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of editing fundamentals, pacing, storytelling, and retention.
- Strong design sense and close attention to visual detail.
- Experience creating motion graphics and animated visual elements.
- Ability to communicate ideas visually through graphics, animation, and supporting assets.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Fluent in English with a good understanding of context and messaging.
