- Work with department heads and leadership to identify where AI can improve speed, quality, decision-making, and operational leverage.
- Build and maintain automations, agents, workflows, and internal tools using n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, code, and AI models.
- Audit processes, map failure points, and design end-to-end AI-assisted solutions rather than isolated demos.
- Use Claude Code as a core environment for prototyping, debugging, integration, documentation, and shipping.
- Create SOPs, monitoring, fallback steps, documentation, and training for safe adoption by non-technical teams.
- Track hours saved, error reduction, turnaround time, quality, adoption, cost reduction, and revenue impact.
What we need from you
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on AI workflow, automation, internal-tool, or implementation experience.
- Claude Code proficiency and comfort building, debugging, and shipping with AI-assisted coding.
- Strong process mapping, logic, API integration, webhook, data-handling, and systems-thinking ability.
- A proven record of deploying working automations or tools in a real company, team, agency, or client environment.
- Strong judgement on reliability, security, permissions, failure handling, cost, and maintainability.
- Clear English communication, ownership, documentation, and cross-functional problem solving.
Core skills

- Automation platforms, API and webhook integrations, data handling, and dashboards.
- Testing, monitoring, failure handling, documentation, training, and cross-functional implementation.
